LiThoughts is a product of SPOT369 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LiThoughts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LiThoughts is a LinkedIn Growth Operating System that helps users create personalized LinkedIn content using artificial intelligence, schedule and publish posts, track engagement, manage relationships, and convert connections into opportunities. The Service builds a voice profile based on your professional background, communication style, and preferences, then uses AI to generate content that matches your unique voice.

3. User Accounts

To use LiThoughts, you must sign in using a supported OAuth provider (Google or LinkedIn). By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture) from your OAuth provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
  • Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization

5. Chrome Extension

The LiThoughts Chrome Extension is an optional companion tool available to Influencer Lite, Influencer Pro, and Agency subscribers. By installing and using the extension, you agree to the following:

  • The extension is subject to the same acceptable use policies, fair usage limits, and terms as the main web application. Usage through the extension counts toward the same usage limits as your LiThoughts account.
  • The extension must be installed from the official Chrome Web Store listing. SPOT369 LLC is not responsible for any extension obtained from unofficial sources.
  • The extension requires certain browser permissions to function (storage, activeTab, tabs, identity, scripting, contextMenus). These permissions are used solely to provide the extension's features and are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
  • SPOT369 LLC is not responsible for changes to Google Chrome's extension platform, APIs, or policies that may affect the extension's functionality or availability.
  • The extension reads content from web pages (URLs, titles, post text) only when you explicitly initiate an action. It does not passively monitor or collect your browsing data.
  • You may uninstall the extension at any time through Chrome's extension management. Uninstalling the extension does not affect your LiThoughts account or any data previously saved through the extension.

6. LinkedIn Integration

By connecting your LinkedIn account to LiThoughts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You authorize us to access and use your LinkedIn data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of LiThoughts complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies
  • LiThoughts publishes content to LinkedIn on your behalf only when you explicitly initiate a publish or schedule action
  • Scheduled posts are published automatically at the time you specify - you are responsible for the content published
  • You can cancel scheduled posts at any time before they are published
  • LiThoughts is not responsible for any actions LinkedIn takes on your account as a result of content published through our platform
  • We reserve the right to suspend LinkedIn integration features if we detect usage that violates LinkedIn's API Terms of Use
  • LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. LiThoughts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including generated posts and your voice profile data. You may use, modify, and publish your generated content without restriction.

Our platform: LiThoughts, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by SPOT369 LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

8. AI-Generated Content

LiThoughts uses artificial intelligence - specifically Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini - to generate content suggestions and post drafts based on your input and voice profile.

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing to LinkedIn
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with LinkedIn's content policies
  • LiThoughts does not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve any specific engagement results

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI may occasionally produce content that is incorrect, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

9. Subscription and Billing

Free and Paid Plans

LiThoughts offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have usage limits as described within the product. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher usage limits.

Billing and Payment

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payments are processed by 2Checkout (Verifone), our third-party payment processor
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan at each renewal. We will notify you before any price changes take effect.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
  • See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again according to our payment processor's retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the free plan.

10. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for paid plans at our discretion. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

11. Fair Usage Policy

LiThoughts offers different subscription tiers with varying usage allowances. Some plans advertise "Unlimited" features. To ensure quality service for all users and prevent abuse, all plans are subject to the following fair usage limits within each rolling 30-day period per user.

Usage through the Chrome Extension counts toward the same limits shown above.

How Usage Periods Work

  • Each user's usage period is a rolling 30-day window starting from their signup date or the date their period last reset.
  • Usage counters reset automatically at the start of each new 30-day period.
  • New users receive their full allocation immediately upon signup, with no proration.
  • If you upgrade your plan, the new higher limits apply immediately. Your existing usage counts carry forward into the new plan's limits.

What Happens When You Reach a Limit

  • You will see an in-app notification indicating which resource limit has been reached.
  • The specific feature will be temporarily unavailable until your next 30-day period begins or you upgrade to a higher plan.
  • All other features remain fully functional.
  • Your existing content, conversations, and data are never affected by usage limits.

"Unlimited" Plans

Plans advertised as "Unlimited" provide generous usage allowances as specified in the table above. These limits are designed to accommodate even heavy professional use. The term "Unlimited" indicates that the allowances are significantly higher than typical usage patterns, not that usage is truly unbounded.

We reserve the right to contact users whose usage significantly exceeds normal patterns to discuss their needs. In rare cases of automated or abusive usage, we may apply additional restrictions after providing notice.

Prohibited Uses

The following are prohibited regardless of plan:

  • Automated or scripted access to the service (bots, scrapers)
  • Sharing account credentials with multiple users
  • Reselling or redistributing generated content as a service
  • Using the service to generate spam or misleading content
  • Circumventing usage limits through multiple accounts

Enforcement

If we determine that usage violates this policy, we may:

  • Issue a warning with details of the violation
  • Temporarily restrict access to specific features
  • Downgrade the account to a lower tier
  • Suspend or terminate the account

We will always attempt to contact you before taking enforcement action, except in cases of clearly automated abuse.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including LinkedIn data.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPOT369 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved according to our Dispute Resolution Policy. We encourage direct communication before pursuing formal dispute channels.

15. Chargebacks

For billing disputes, please refer to our Chargeback Policy before contacting your payment provider.

16. Third-Party Trademarks

LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Google is a registered trademark of Alphabet Inc. LiThoughts is a product of SPOT369 LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation, Alphabet Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in this service are the property of their respective owners.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
