LiThoughts is operated by SPOT369 LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently. This policy covers disagreements related to billing, service quality, account issues, or any other matters arising from your use of LiThoughts.

2. Step 1 - Contact Us First

Before initiating a formal dispute, please contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots, transaction IDs, or documentation
  • Your preferred resolution

We aim to acknowledge your concern within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

3. Step 2 - Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request an escalation by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Dispute Escalation - [Your Name]". A senior team member will review your case within 5 business days.

4. Step 3 - Payment Processor Dispute

If we cannot resolve the matter directly, you may raise a dispute through your payment processor or credit card company. We will cooperate fully with any investigation. Please note:

  • We encourage resolving disputes directly with us first, as payment processor disputes (chargebacks) may result in additional fees
  • We will provide all relevant documentation during the investigation

5. Step 4 - Mediation

If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may propose non-binding mediation. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

6. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Good Faith

We handle all disputes in good faith and will never retaliate against users who raise legitimate concerns.
